Engagement & Organisation Development Consultancy
I enjoy helping people and organisations align their goals, capabilities and ways of working for success. I work in partnership with my clients to achieve sustainable change, whether that be in supporting team strategy and ways of working, or supporting organisation redesign to ensure the organisation is fit for purpose in the future, or providing learning that will support employee, managers and leaders to flourish. The level of co-creation can be adapted depending on your needs, but I always seek to ensure a business feels it’s been supported rather than ‘done to’ by an external person.
I have a strong background in employee engagement, including in the design of bespoke engagement surveys and tools, and in the design and implementation of engagement campaigns that will really speak to your people. I have led Employee Engagement within large and small organisations, working in collaboration with Internal Communications or directly with the Board, so I understand of collaborating with the right people to get the right result.
I keep it simple. I won’t bombard you with theories and management speak, but I will ensure my approach and proposals are evidence-based. And I’m transparent where there may be flaws in the evidence I use to back my arguments up. I also keep my solutions simple. Sometimes we throw hundreds of interventions at our employees, when all they need is a mechanism to have a simple conversation with us about their motivations, aspirations or concerns.
I’m curious and I will explore, question and challenge to really understand where you are now and where you want to get to. If I’m not the right person for you, I’ll flag this and I’ll help you find the person who will fit your need.
